Job Responsibilities:

• Bring in business and display consistent ability to close sales.
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. 
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Provide expert information on product performance, application, and benefits.
• Describe and promote all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers. 
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Make calls to leads and set appointments for prospective customers.
• Conduct post-sale follow up with customers and follow up with previous leads.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction via CSI scores.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Cold calling experience a plus
• Must have strong communication and people skills
• Maintain enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Be outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Must have a clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
